Make an imPacT

Every time I stand in a room and speak about the imPacT FUND, I feel the same fire in my chest. Because this isn’t just about scholarships. It’s about rewriting the story of who gets to belong in physical therapy.

For too long, the faces in our profession haven’t reflected the communities we serve. That gap isn’t just a statistic, it’s a barrier to care, to trust, to healing. And every time a student with talent, drive, and heart is told “no” because of finances or lack of support, we lose more than just one future PT. We lose the ripple effect they would have created.

The imPacT FUND exists to make sure those ripples happen. To open doors. To say “yes” where the world too often says “not for you.”

I’m endlessly proud of what we’ve built so far, but we are nowhere near done. Change doesn’t happen because a few people care a little, it happens because a community cares A LOT. And if you’re reading this, you’re part of that community.

So here’s my ask: don’t just nod along. Share. Support. Speak up. Sponsor. Mentor. Do one small thing today to expand what’s possible for the students coming behind us.

Because this is more than funding futures.

It’s fueling equity.

It’s shaping healthcare.

It’s making imPacT.
