Representation Matters

I’ve only been in PT school for a year, but I already know this: representation in healthcare changes everything.

When I found out I was selected as an imagine if… scholar through the imPacT FUND, I felt seen, not just as a student, but as a person with a story, with barriers, and with a community behind me.

This scholarship isn’t just about money, it’s about being part of something bigger. A group of people who believe that physical therapy should reflect the diversity of the patients we serve.

Helping run the imPacT FUND LinkedIn has been one way I get to give back, by sharing the work, the mission, and the momentum. And honestly? It makes me even more proud to be part of this profession.
