Joel was excited to help develop the idea of the of the imPacT FUND as a way to help the PT profession mirror the communities we live in. 

He has treated a diverse patient population in the Kentwood area since starting his PT career in 2008 and has continued to advocate for diversity in healthcare as a manager of a successful clinic and a Co-Owner of the largest PT private practice in West Michigan.
